10 ginger benefits.

Salam,


Who love ginger? I normally use ginger in most of dishes I cook everyday. But sometimes I can't stand if there's too much ginger in a dish.

ada kawan izan kan kak nur.. minum halia yg diblend campur air masak. itulah minuman harian dia... boleh kurus juga katanya.
