salam.. saya tak pasti berapa banyak air saya minum dlm sehari. Tapi bagi memastikan saya minum air mencukupi, saya sentiasa pastikan ada botol air berisi air RO bersama2 saya.

Nur, when I bawak my girls ke doctor recently...she said the only penawar if sakit is water. This coming from a doctor....! So water is life...betoi kan.
